Inhalation: Take a deep breath. Kumbhaka (Retention): Holding the breath for some time. Exhalation: Slowly exhaling the breath.
Regular Pranayama keeps the body energetic, gives mental peace and prevents diseases.
5. What is Yoga Nidra? Explain its benefits. Answer: Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique in which a person's awareness remains intact, but the body is in a relaxed state. Benefits of Yoga Nidra:
